August is Women’s Month in South Africa and we’re showcasing how our Tech Leaders scholarships and bursaries make tech education more inclusive for women and how you as an individual or company can get involved.

Scholarships

We offer scholarships for young women to train as software developers as well as support in finding employment.

University bursaries

We offer university bursaries for young women who have completed our courses in high school and shown exceptional potential to excel in IT-related study fields.

How can I help?

  • Sponsor a scholarship. As a company, individual or group you can sponsor the cost of a young woman’s training.
  • Hire a CodeSpace graduate. As a company, you can find talented young developers through our graduate database. You can list an employment opportunity here
  • Commit to a monthly donation. You can commit to a monthly tax-deductible donation to support our work in fostering greater diversity in the tech industry.
